THE MEANING OF A MUNCHIE

It is a curious thing, the Munchie. A bundle of disparate parts: the crunch of the snack, the satisfaction of the crunch, and the existential dread of being consumed.

A Munchie is the perfect union of flavor and texture, a symphony of sensations that assaults the senses and leaves one feeling... well, not quite fulfilled.

We may ask ourselves: what is the meaning of a Munchie? Is it the fleeting joy of consumption, the crushing despair of being empty, or something else entirely?
